App Terms of Service

1. Scope and Operator

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the mobile applications (hereinafter "Apps") developed and operated by:

These Terms apply to the following Apps (including all updates, in-app purchases, and subscriptions):

  • Rule of Three
  • Kitchen Converter
  • Quick Grocery
  • MemoryBank
  • Mega Fart
  • Easy PDF Signer

By downloading, installing, or using the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the Apps.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some Apps may be downloaded for free, but offer additional premium features, digital content, or services via in-app purchases (IAP) or subscriptions.

  • Consumable and Non-Consumable Purchases: Certain upgrades or credits are purchased once and consumed or unlocked permanently on your device.
  • Subscriptions: Subscriptions grant access to premium features or services for a specific billing cycle (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually).

All transactions and payments are securely processed and billed through the respective app distribution platform: the Apple App Store (for iOS/iPadOS devices operated by Apple Inc.) or the Google Play Store (for Android devices operated by Google LLC). Your transaction is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform. We do not collect or store your payment details.

3. Billing and Auto-Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

If you purchase a subscription, you will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (billing cycle) depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

Automatic Renewal: At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions, and your payment method on file with Apple or Google will be charged, unless:

  • You cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • The price of the subscription has increased, in which case the platform will ask for your consent before renewal.

The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.

4. Free Trials and Introductory Offers

We may offer subscriptions with a free trial period or special introductory pricing for a limited duration.

  • Eligibility: Free trials and introductory offers are generally limited to new subscribers only. The App Store or Google Play Store controls eligibility for these offers. Only one free trial/introductory offer is permitted per user account.
  • Conversion to Paid Subscription: If you do not cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the free trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a standard paid subscription at the regular price. Your payment method will be charged accordingly.

5. Discounts and Promotional Codes

From time to time, we or our distribution platforms may issue promotional codes, discounts, or special offers. These codes and discounts must be redeemed through the appropriate App Store or Google Play Store interface and are subject to their respective terms. Promotional codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire after a specified date.

6. Subscription Management and Cancellation

Subscriptions cannot be cancelled by sending an email to us. You must manage, modify, or cancel your subscriptions directly through the account settings of the respective app store platform where you made the purchase:

Restoring Purchases: If you delete the App and reinstall it, or get a new device, you can restore your active purchases or subscriptions without paying again. Users can restore their active subscriptions on a new device using the "Restore Purchases" button inside the App.

6.1 For iOS (Apple App Store)

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your Name / Apple ID at the top.
  3. Tap on Subscriptions.
  4. Find and tap the subscription for our App.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial). If you do not see a cancellation button, the subscription has already been cancelled and will not renew.

6.2 For Android (Google Play Store)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
  2. Tap your profile icon/menu in the top right corner.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

7. Refund Policy

All transactions are final. Because payment processing, receipt validation, and distribution are fully controlled by Apple and Google, we are unable to issue refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must request it directly from the respective platform provider:

8. License and Usage Rules

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Apps on authorized devices solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Apps.
  • Distribute, lease, rent, sell, or commercially exploit the Apps.
  • Modify or create derivative works based upon the Apps.
  • Bypass or disable any security or digital rights management features implemented in the Apps.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DANIEL MÖCK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, BUGS, OR VIRUSES. YOUR USE OF THE APPS IS AT YOUR OWN SOLE RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DANIEL MÖCK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict of law principles and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be Flensburg, Germany.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice (such as through an app update or on our website) prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Apps after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
